Valve Rocker Arm - Installation

INSTALLATION






NOTE: Before replacing parts, inspect all related valvetrain components for damage to prevent engine misfire.

NOTE: Care should be taken not to drop push rods into engine.

NOTE: Rocker arms are intake (2) and exhaust (1) specific.

1. Install rocker arms into position. Ensure push rods are seated properly under each rocker arm and seated in lifter. Tighten rocker arm bolts to 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs.).

CAUTION: Failure to correctly install rocker arms could cause engine damage.
