Belly Pan - Installation

INSTALLATION






CENTER BELLY PAN





1. Install the exhaust shield.
2. Install the belly pan and install the bolts.
3. Tighten the bolts to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.)
4. Install the four bolts to the exhaust shield.

FRONT EXTENSION BELLY PAN





1. Install the pan (6) and install the bolts (2).
2. Tighten the fascia bolts to 4 Nm (35 in. lbs.).
3. Tighten the headlamp bracket bolts to 4 Nm (35 in. lbs.).
4. Tighten the frame bolts to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).

REAR EXTENSION BELLY PAN





1. Install the pan (5) and install the screws (4).
2. Tighten the screws to 4 Nm (35 in. lbs.).
3. Tighten the frame bolts to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).

FRONT BELLY PAN ACR





1. Install the belly pan to the vehicle being careful while guiding the splitter cables through the front fascia.
2. Install the 4 belly pan to cradle bolts
3. Install the 4 belly pan to wheel housing screws
4. Install two new rivets located at the left and right bottom outer edges of belly pan,
5. Install both splitter cable bolts at the splitter cable hangers.

RUB STRIPS





1. Install the center or side rub strip(s) as necessary.
2. Install center or side rub strip to belly pan fasteners as necessary.
