Engine Coolant Thermostat - Removal

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the cooling system until the coolant level is below the thermostat Service and Repair
3. Remove the radiator hose (3) from the thermostat housing (1).
4. Remove the thermostat housing mounting bolts (2), thermostat housing (1), and thermostat.
