Hood: Adjustments

ADJUSTMENT

1. If hood is low in relation to the rear of fender, insert shims between hinge and body.
2. Adjust hood bumper in or out to adjust hood-to-fender height alignment.
3. Adjust the hood latch as necessary. Tighten the nuts to 12 Nm (9 ft. lbs.).
4. Align the latch striker so that striker enters the latch squarely and without binding.
