Impact Bar Replacement - Front Bumper

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement (Grille Replacement) in Exterior Trim.




2. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper (Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the bracket bolts from the impact bar.
4. Remove the impact bar from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure


Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the impact bar to the bracket bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).





2. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper (Service and Repair) .
3. Install the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement (Grille Replacement) in Exterior Trim.
