Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Loosen the duct clamps (1,3) at the turbo charger inlet and the air cleaner outlet.
2. Remove the air intake duct (2) from the turbo charger inlet and the air cleaner outlet.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




Install the air intake duct (2) to the turbo charger inlet and the air cleaner outlet.

Tighten
Tighten the duct clamps (1, 3) at the turbo charger inlet and the air cleaner outlet to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
