Charge Air Cooling System Coolant Level Inspection





Note:
Make sure the intercooler system is cool and the pump is not running

1. Remove the cap from the charge air cooler reservoir

2. Verify that the coolant is within the cold fill range on the charge air cooling system reservoir.

Note:
Use a 50/50 mixture of DEX-COOL(R) antifreeze and clean drinkable water.

3. Add coolant as necessary to the fill neck and reservoir to bring the coolant level within the cold fill range.

4. Install the cap to the charge air cooler reservoir.
