Passenger Seat Cushion Pad Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the seat cushion cover. Refer to Passenger Seat Cushion Cover Replacement (Passenger Seat Cushion Cover Replacement) .




2. Remove the cushion pad from the seat frame.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the cushion pad to the seat frame.
2. Install the seat cushion cover. Refer to Passenger Seat Cushion Cover Replacement (Passenger Seat Cushion Cover Replacement) .

Caution: To avoid personal injuries, re-zero the passenger presence system whenever you remove or replace the seat cushion or trim. Failure to do so may cause the system to malfunction.

3. Re-zero the inflatable restraint passenger presence system whenever the seat cushion or any component of the passenger presence system is removed. Refer to Passenger Presence System Programming and Setup (Programming and Relearning) .
