Drive Belt Tensioner Installation

1. Install the drive belt tensioner.
2. Install the heater water bypass inlet pipe to the lower intake manifold and to the tensioner.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice Service Precautions.

3. Install the tensioner bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
