OPERATION:
^ The PCM provides the EBTCM information on engine torque output via a high speed Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) signal on Circuit 464. This information is provided so the EBTCM can determine if engine torque management is required during a wheel slip condition/traction control condition.

POSSIBLE CAUSES:
- Open in CKT 464.
- Short in CKT 464.
- Faulty PCM.
- Faulty EBTCM.
