Test K: Voltmeter Test

With the Ignition's Switch in RUN, connect a test voltmeter between the positive and negative terminals of the battery.
^ If the voltage reading on the test voltmeter is the same as on the car's Voltmeter, the car's Voltmeter is OK.
^ If the voltage reading on the test voltmeter is different than on the car's Voltmeter, check the PNK/BLK (39) wire to terminal 9, of connector C2, and the BLK (150) wire to terminal 10, of connector C2 for an open. If wires are OK, replace the Instrument Cluster.
