Coolant Reservoir: Service and Repair

17 11 100 - Removing and installing/replacing coolant expansion tank (N62, N62TU)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Drain coolant Service and Repair from radiator





Release and disconnect coolant hoses (1).
Unlock and disconnect plug on coolant level switch.
Unfasten screws.
Remove coolant expansion tank (2).

Installation:
Insert locating pin in rubber grommet.





Check cooling system for leaks Component Tests and General Diagnostics.
