1 Spur Gear Unit

• Do not disassemble

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Spur Gear Unit ] Spur Gear Unit

2 Bolt

• Tightening specification and sequence

3 Shaft Seal

• For power steering pump drive

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Power Steering Pump Drive Seal ] Power Steering Pump Drive Seal.

4 Semi-Circular Ring

• Installed location, refer to => [ Semi-Circular Seal Installation Location ]

5 Input Shaft

• For power steering pump

• With rubber buffers

6 Shaft Seal

• For A/C compressor drive

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ A/C Compressor Drive Shaft Seal, Replacing ] Service and Repair.

7 Clamp

8 Protective Dust Cap

• For A/C compressor drive

9 Input Shaft

• For air conditioning compressor

10 Power Steering Pump

11 Input Shaft

• For oil pump

12 O-ring

• Replace

Spur Gear Unit, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Tighten the bolts - 1 to 5 - diagonally to 22 Nm.
