Seat Cover and Seat Cushion for Standard Seat, Separating and Connecting

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Upholstery clip pliers (V.A.G 1634)

Removing






- Remove seat cover with seat cushion for seat pan. Refer to => [ Seat Cover with Seat Cushion for Standard Seat ] Seat Cover with Seat Cushion for Standard Seat.

- Remove seat cover - 1 - in the rear and side from the seat cushion - 2 - and cut upholstery clips - 3 - using pliers.

- Versions with heated seats: Disconnect the connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Install new upholstery clips using upholstery clip pliers (V.A.G 1634).
