Roof Antenna (R216)

The roof antenna has 4 connections maximum.

The antenna wires are connected directly to the base of the roof antenna.

The rear headliner must be lowered in order to remove the roof antenna.

- Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

Removal

- Lower the back of the headliner.

- Release and disconnect the connectors - 2 -, - 3 - and - 4 - from the antenna wires.






- Remove the bolt - 5 - and remove the spring.

- Remove the roof antenna from the roof.

Installation

The roof antenna is supplied pre-installed. The roof antenna, spring and screw are installed.

- Position the roof antenna on the roof and press on it until it latches.

- Tighten the pre-installed screw to the tightening specification.

- Install in reverse order of removal.
