Rearview Camera (R189)

The rear view camera is installed in the handle button in the rear lid.

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

The rear view camera is equipped with a trailing cable. The vehicle wiring harness couplings are located in the rear lid.

- Remove trunk lid trim.

- Remove nuts - 2 -.






The rear view camera is tightly connected with the handle button - 3 -.

- Pull the handle button - 3 - with the rear view camera out of the rear lid.

- Disconnect harness connectors - 1 - and - 2 - in the rear lid and remove the handle button.






Installing

- Perform the installation in reverse order.

- Close rear lid.

- Perform a calibration. Refer to => [ Rearview Camera System, Calibrating ] Testing and Inspection.
