Front Coolant Pipe

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Hose Clamps Up to 25 mm Dia. (3094)

• Hose Clip Pliers (V.A.G 1921)

Removing

• Lay a cloth below the coolant pipe to catch escaping coolant.

- Remove the bolts - 1 - and - 2 - and move the front coolant pipe upward.






- Disconnect and remove the coolant hoses - arrows - with (3094).

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Coolant Pipes and After-Run Coolant Pump Overview ] Coolant Pipes and After-Run Coolant Pump Overview.

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model. Refer to the electronic parts catalog ETKA.

- Check coolant level => [ Check coolant level. ] Service and Repair.
