Air Injection Pump: Service and Repair

Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor

Removing

- Remove the front noise insulation - 1 -..






- Remove hose - 1 - from the secondary air system.






- Disconnect the electrical connector - 2 - on the secondary air injection (AIR) pump motor (V101).

- Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the secondary air pump.

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection System Overview ] Service and Repair.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Install the noise insulation..
