• The Fuel Metering Valve (N290) is installed in the right high pressure pump (cylinder bank 1)
• Fuel Metering Valve 2 (N402) is installed in the left high pressure pump (cylinder bank 2)
• The Low Fuel Pressure Sensor (G410) is installed in the left high pressure pump (cylinder bank 2)
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ High Pressure Pump ] High Pressure Pump
2 Bolt
• 9 Nm
3 Seal
• Replace
4 Low Fuel Pressure Sensor (G410)
• 10 Nm
• Installed only in the left high pressure pump (cylinder bank 2)
5 High-pressure line
• Before opening high pressure components of the fuel injection system, pressure must be relieved to residual pressure. Refer to => [ Before Opening High Pressure Fuel Injection System ] Service and Repair.
• Then wrap a clean rag around the connection and relieve residual pressure by carefully loosening the connection.
• Observe safety precautions when disconnecting the battery.
• Before loosening, disconnect Ground (GND) cable at battery with ignition switched off
• Connectors should not show any signs of damage
• Do not change bent shape
• 25 Nm
