Left Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve

Removing






- Remove the engine cover - arrows -.

- Remove the plenum chamber bulkhead.

- Free up the wiring harness and push it to the side.

- Remove the secondary air hose - 3 - by pressing the release buttons.






- Remove the bolts - 2 - and remove the left AIR combination valve.

• Ignore - 1 -.

• To provide a better illustration, component location is shown from behind with engine removed.

Installing

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection System without Vacuum Control Overview ] Secondary Air Injection System Without Vacuum Control Overview.

• Replace the seals and the O-rings.

• Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory. Refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).

• When installing, bring all cable ties back to same positions.

- Install the plenum chamber bulkhead.
