1 Bolt

• 24 Nm

• Steel bolts (M8; 45 mm long)

• Quantity: 2

• For attaching the shift fork group => [ (Item 2) Shift Fork Group ] to the bearing bracket => [ (Item 3) Bearing Bracket ]

• Insert with locking fluid (AMV 185 101 A1)

2 Shift Fork Group

• Disassembling and assembling, refer to => [ Gearshift Rails and Selector Forks ] Gearshift Rails and Selector Forks

3 Bearing Bracket

• Supports input shaft and input shaft in transmission cover

• Remove any locking compound still in the threaded holes with a thread cutter.

• Outer roller bearing races on input and output shafts cannot be replaced individually.

• Roller bear outer races must not have any radial clearance in bearing bracket.

4 Input Shaft

5 Output Shaft

• With 3rd and 4th gears

• For selector gear of 2nd gear

7 Inner Race/Needle Bearing

• For selector gear of 2nd gear

8 Needle Bearing

• For 2nd gear

9 2nd Gear Wheel

10 2nd Gear Inner Race
