Spindle Cover

• The procedure for removing and installing the spindle cover is described on the driver sill side seat rail.

• The spindle cover is only present on an Power seat.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (3409)





Removal





- Bring headrest into lowest lock position.

- Move seat as far back and up as possible.

- Pry the spindle cover - 1 - from the seat rail cover - 2 - and the seat fore/aft adjustment spindle using the (3409).

Installation

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Make sure the spindle cover engages correctly.
