The Calibration device (VAS 6350) is made up of the following components:

Wheel center sensor (VAS 6350/1)

Spacing laser (VAS 6350/2)

Line Laser (VAS 6350/3)

3 Right Angle Bracket

Three on the underbody of the calibration device (VAS 6350/4)

Adjustable in order to adjust horizontal position of calibration device (VAS 6350/4)

9 Calibration Tool For Lane Changing Assist (VAS 6350/4)

Between the corners of the calibration device (VAS 6350/4) and the wheel center sensor (VAS 6350/1) - dimension A - 1.47 m to 1.90 m (5 to 6 ft.)

Map Orientation for the Calibration Device (VAS 6350/4)

- Position the calibration platform (VAS 6350/4) behind the vehicle at a distance of 1.47 m to 1.90 m (5 to 6 ft.) to the rear wheels, see - dimension A - in the illustration.

- Bring calibration tool for lane changing assist (VAS 6350/4) to a horizontal position.

- To do so, twist plastic feet under calibration tool for lane changing assist (VAS 6350/4) so that air bubble in level is located exactly in the center of the indicator - arrow -






Make sure light does not reflect off the calibration device (VAS 6350/4).

Reflections affect the rear view camera (R189) and may make it impossible to perform the calibration.

- Switch on the line laser (VAS 6350/3) - 1 - on the calibration tool for lane changing assist (VAS 6350/4) and then align the calibration tool for lane changing assist (VAS 6350/4) so that the laser beam is pointed to the center of the Audi rings.






- Make sure the Audi rings are centered on the rear. Adjust the laser beam as needed.
