ATF Lines and Cooler Assembly Overview

• Thoroughly clean all connections and the surrounding area before disconnecting.

• After replacing ATF lines or ATF cooler, check ATF level => [ ATF, Checking Level and Correcting ] ATF, Checking Level and Correcting.

4 ATF line bracket

5 9 Nm

6 O-Ring

• Replace

• Insert with ATF

7 ATF cooler

• Removing and installing => [ ATF Cooler ] ATF Cooler

8 Bracket for ATF cooler

• Removing and installing => [ ATF Cooler Bracket ] ATF Cooler Bracket

9 9 Nm

10 O-Ring

• Replace

• Insert with ATF

11 5 Nm

12 O-Ring

• Replace

• Insert with ATF

13 21 Nm

• Completely insert ATF lines with new O-rings into transmission as far as stop and then tighten

14 29 Nm

15 5 Nm

16 ATF line retaining clip

17 29 Nm
