Turbocharger Vacuum Diaphragm

Removing

- Remove the turbocharger. Refer to => [ Turbocharger ] Turbocharger.

- Remove securing plate - 1 - over linkage on turbocharger.






- Loosen lock nut - 2 -.






- Disconnect linkage from turbocharger - 3 -.

- Remove vacuum diaphragm - 1 - from transmission - arrows -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

For the correct tightening specifications, refer to => [ Part IV ] Turbocharger Overview.

- Adjust the turbocharger vacuum diaphragm. Refer to => [ Turbocharger Vacuum Diaphragm, Adjusting ] Adjustments.

- Install turbocharger. Refer to => [ Turbocharger ] Turbocharger.
