1 Bolt, 14 Nm

• Strength class 10.9.

2 Bolt, 10 Nm

3 Thermostat Housing

4 O-ring

• Always replace.

5 Coolant Thermostat

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Thermostat ] Coolant Thermostat.

• Checking, refer to => [ Thermostat, Checking ] Testing and Inspection.

• Installed position, refer to => [ Coolant Thermostat Installed Position ].

6 Gasket

• Always replace.

7 Coolant Pump

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] Coolant Pump.

8 Bolt, 14 Nm

• Strength class 10.9.

9 Pin Bolt, 9 Nm
