Oil Cooler

Oil Cooler

- Remove the engine. Refer to => [ Engine, Removing ] Engine, Removing.

- Remove the right exhaust manifold. Refer to => [ Exhaust Manifold ] Right Side Components.

- Remove the oil filter housing. Refer to => [ Oil Filter Housing ] Oil Filter Housing.

- Remove the oil cooler bolts - arrow - and oil cooler.





Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• Replace the gaskets and O-rings.

- Install the generator.

- Install the right exhaust manifold. Refer to => [ Exhaust Manifold ] Right Side Components.

- Install the coolant pipe to the oil filter housing. Refer to => [ Coolant Pipe to Oil Filter Housing ] Service and Repair.

- Install the torque support. Refer to => [ Torque Bracket and Support Valve Assembly Overview ] Torque Bracket and Support Valve Assembly Overview.

Tightening Specifications
