Radiator mounting, reconditioning

Preparatory work





Remove the radiator.




Position the reinforcement plate from the kit. Mark the cutting point.

Note! The cutting point is marked on the reinforcement plate.

Remove the reinforcement plate. Cut off the old mounting.

Installing a new mounting





Position the new mounting. Make marks for holes.




Drill using a 6 mm diameter drill bit.




Apply two part adhesive, part number 161 626-5, on the surfaces in contact with the radiator. Install the mounting.
Install the 4 M6 screws.
