INTRODUCTION
- Read through all of the instructions before starting installation.
- Notifications and warning texts are for your safety and to minimize the risk of something breaking during installation.
- Ensure that all tools stated in the instructions are available before starting installation.
- Certain steps in the instructions are only presented in the form of images. Explanatory text is also given for more complicated steps.
- In the event of any problems with the instructions or the accessory, contact your local Volvo dealer.

- Apply a thin layer and even layer of adhesive.
- Use special tool: 9512767 - Adhesive gun
- Use: 116173 - Mixing pipe and 9511027 - Adhesive.

Caution! The adhesive must not come into contact with the tape.





- Apply a thin layer and even layer of adhesive.

Note! Note the position of the cradles.










- Press the holder towards the casing, but only at the places where there is tape.





- Hold the cradle securely when removing the centering tool.
- Repeat the method steps on the other cradles.





- Secure the cable harness.














- Position the bumper so that the bumper wiring can be connected.
- Reinstall the bumper
- Reinstall the detached components in reverse order.
- Load securing eyelets tightening torque: 24 Nm (17 lbf.ft).

Hint: It is easier to install the bumper if two persons help each other.
