Polishing System

General Information
A three-step polishing system has been developed by Volvo to rectify any paint defects on new vehicles.

A two-step sanding procedure has been developed to be followed by the polishing procedure.

Training, supplies as well as advice will be provided by the manufacturer 3M.

WARNING: Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for the correct servicing unit operating procedure.

Use polishing machine adjustable between 1000 rpm and 3000 rpm.
