Perform flange joint, assembly Refer to: Flanged joint, assembling Removal and Replacement

Remove oxygen sensor (lambdasond) Refer to: Oxygen sensor (Catalyst monitor sensor), B5244S4 Service and Repair




Torque: M8, 24 Nm




Torque: Catalyst to exhaust manifold, 27 Nm




Torque: Catalyst to exhaust manifold, 27 Nm




Torque: Catalyst to exhaust system, 24 Nm

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
