Preparatory work

Remove:
- tailgate wiper arm, see Tailgate wiper arm / blade, replacing Tailgate Wiper Arm/Blade, Replacing
- tailgate panel, see Panel, tailgate, replacing .

Removal
Disconnect the connector

Remove:
- the screws
- the mechanism and motor.

Installation

Install:
- the mechanism and motor
- the screws.
Connect the connector.

Finishing work

Install:
- the tailgate panel according to Panel, tailgate, replacing
- tailgate wiper arm, see Tailgate wiper arm / blade, replacing Tailgate Wiper Arm/Blade, Replacing.
Test the function.
