Oil pan

Removal

Note! Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Drain the oil. Refer to: Oil filter, B6304T2, B6324S Service and Repair








Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Remove the starter motor. Refer to: Starter motor, B6304T2, B6324S Service and Repair

















Caution! Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

Caution! Take extra care not to damage the mating faces.

Installation




Torque: Level sensor engine oil , 8,5 Nm

Use: Sealant, 1161 771

Use the tool as a template and trace with a felt-tip pen. Apply sealant. - 2.5 ±0.5 mm.
The component must be installed within 5 minutes of applying the sealant.

To ensure sealing in the joint, all screws shall be tightened twice in a row.

Install the following items:
1. Torque: M7, 17 Nm

2. Torque: M7, 17 Nm




Torque: M10, 50 Nm




Torque: M6, 10 Nm








Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Fill with oil. Refer to: Oil filter, B6304T2, B6324S Service and Repair.
