No fault tracing procedure has been defined for this trouble code.
The trouble code for CAN communication can also be set in the Central Electronic module (CEM). This trouble code must not be erased before any CAN communication trouble codes in the Central Electronic Module (CEM) have first been remedied and erased.
Therefore read off any trouble codes in the Central Electronic Module (CEM), carry out fault tracing procedures and remedy as necessary. If no trouble codes are stored, look for faults in the Control Area Network (CAN) as described below. Thereafter this trouble code may be erased.
