Check the leakage diagnostics unit's connector for contact resistance and oxidation.

Check the valve's resistance between the leakage diagnostics unit's connector #3 and #4.

Check the cable between engine control module (ECM) #B48 (#C48) and the leakage diagnostics unit #2 for short-circuit to ground, as well as open circuit.

Remedy as necessary.
