Condition







When ignition is turned on, 12 volt feed to the engine control module (ECM) is checked.

If voltage is missing, the diagnostic trouble code is generated.

The diagnostic trouble code can be diagnosed when the ignition is turned on.

Substitute Value
- Nothing.

Possible Source
- Damaged fuse for voltage feed.
- Open circuit on the voltage cable.

Fault Symptom[s]
- Malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) lit.
