Check the cable between engine control module (ECM) #B28 (#C28) and accelerator pedal position sensor #2 for short-circuit to voltage, also check for open circuit.

Check voltage feed to the accelerator pedal position sensor #1 for open circuit.

Check the ground cable from the accelerator pedal position sensor #3 for open circuit.

Remedy as necessary.
