CAUTION: Do not apply rust solvent spray or grease to the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) connector.

Check the connector for the rear heated oxygen sensor (bank 2) for contact resistance and oxidation.

Check the cable between rear heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) terminal #1 and the voltage supply from the system relay. Check for an open-circuit. Check for a short-circuit to ground.

Try a new rear heated oxygen sensor if the above measure does not remedy the fault.

Remedy as necessary.
