Seat rails front seat, replacing

Removal

Removing the seat rails

Remove:
- the front seat. See: Front seat, replacing Front Seat, Replacing
- the seat belt buckle. See: Buckle seat belt front, replacing Buckle Seat Belt Front, Replacing
- the motor for front-rear adjustment. See: Electric motor cushion, replacing Electric Motor Cushion, Replacing.




- 4 x M8 stud screws.
- the 4 rivets. See: Removing rivet
- seat rails.

Installation

Note! For tightening torques, see Specifications [1][2]Body and Frame.

Installing the seat rails

Install:
- 4 rivets
- seat rails.

Note! Apply a drop of locking fluid before installing the stud screws.

Install:
- 4 x M8 stud screws. Tighten
- the seat belt buckle. See: Buckle seat belt front, replacing Buckle Seat Belt Front, Replacing
- the motor for front-rear adjustment. See: Electric motor cushion, replacing Electric Motor Cushion, Replacing
- the front seat. See: Front seat, replacing Front Seat, Replacing.
