Condition







The oil level sensor sends information on engine oil level and quality to the engine control module (ECM). The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the control module detects that the oil quality signal is faulty.

The diagnostic trouble code can be diagnosed when the engine is running.

- Nothing.

Possible Source
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connections.
- Open-circuit on the signal cable.
- Interruption of power supply.
- Damaged oil level sensor.
