Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information

ECM-P113700 Lack of HO2S12 Switches - Sensor Indicates Lean

Condition

The engine control module (ECM) continuously detects the voltage of the rear lambda-sond (bank 1).

The engine's cylinders are counted starting with the cylinder farthest from the engine's flywheel.
- Bank 1 (cylinder row nearest the front): cylinders 1, 3, 5 and 7.
- Bank 2 (cylinder row furthest to the rear, nearest the passenger compartment): cylinders 2, 4, 6 and 8.

If engine control module (ECM) detects that the voltage is not below or above a certain value, the engine control module (ECM) interprets this as a malfunction and generates diagnostic trouble code.

The diagnostic trouble code can be diagnosed after approx. 3-5 minutes with the engine running.
