- Ignition off

Check the control valve between control valve terminals #1 and #2. Check the resistance.

Disconnect the engine control module (ECM).

Check the signal cable for the control valve. Check for a short-circuit to supply.

Take readings between control module terminal #A95 (#B35) and control valve terminal #2.

Remedy as necessary.
