21. Fault Tracing Information

Fault-tracing Information
Engine control module (ECM) cannot perform check of tank system. The quick test was interrupted or blocked. This can be due to the conditions for the start of quick test tank system are not met or that there is a fault that does not permit the quick test tank system to start.

The quick test for the fuel tank system cannot be run if the battery voltage varies too much.

HINT: Cancel fault-tracing for this fault. Read the diagnostic trouble code and perform fault tracing for another diagnostic trouble code that may be stored in the relative control module. Check the quick-test's start conditions.

Remedy as necessary.

1. Repeat the quick test for the fuel tank system
2. Exit.
