- Ignition off
- Disconnect the engine control module (ECM).

Check the temperature sensor signal cable for short-circuit to ground.

Measure between control module terminal #A66 (#B6) and mass air flow sensor terminal #4.

Read the air temperature by clicking the VCT2000 symbol.

Remedy as necessary.
