CAUTION: Do not apply rust solvent spray or grease to the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) connector.

Check the cable between front heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) terminal #1 (bank 1) and voltage supply from the system relay. Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage.

Try a new rear heated oxygen sensor if the above measure does not remedy the fault.

Remedy as necessary.
