Intake Manifold Components

Install the center plug. Tighten 35 Nm

Tighten the center screw on the belt tensioner. Tighten 5 Nm

Tighten the three screws at the timing gear pulley for the intake camshaft 10 Nm

Tighten the three screws at the timing gear pulley for the exhaust camshaft 20 Nm

Secure the eccentric and tighten the center screw. Tighten 20 Nm

Install the plug with a new sealing washer. Tighten 40 Nm

The pipe screw for the water heated crankcase ventilation at the rear of the cylinder head. Use new seal washers.
Tighten 26 Nm

Install
New gasket
The gasket is held in position by the lower screws for the intake manifold

The intake manifold. Lower and turn the pipe so that the fuel pressure pipe enters the cavity in the intake pipe at cylinders 1 and 2.

NOTE: Handle the fuel pressure pipe carefully so that it is not damaged.

The remaining screws holding the intake manifold to the cylinder head.
Tighten 20 Nm

Manifold (cylinder head side) 25 Nm

Intake manifold 19 Nm

Spark plugs, Tighten 30 Nm
