Check the seat belt buckle connector. Check for intermittent contact resistance and oxidation according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Try a new seat belt buckle if nothing faulty was detected. See Seat belt buckle Seat Belt Buckle.
