Headlamp Lens: Service and Repair

Lens/Seal, Headlamp, Replacing

NOTE: For the US market: The lens cannot be replaced separately. The entire headlamp insert must be replaced instead.

Removing Headlamp lens






- Remove the headlamp.
- Remove the headlamp wiper arm stops (x3)
- Release the 7 clips holding the lens
- Remove the lens and seal.

NOTE: Do not touch the reflector surface.

Installing Headlamp lens
Install in reverse order. Replace the seal. Check that the seal is positioned correctly in the frame.
