Condition
If the control unit registers signal too high in the relay coil (2/91) when the windscreen wiper relay is activated diagnostic trouble code CEM-8F23 will be set.

Substitute value
- None.

Possible source
- Defective relay (short circuit in the relay coil) which means that the windscreen wipers cannot be operated.

Fault symptom[s]
- Windscreen wiper motor does not work.
