Preparations
Prepare the car.

Removing The Control Module







Remove:
- the rear center console
- the three screws.

Press in the lock (1) on the connector.

Move the mounting bracket (2) from the lug.

Disconnect the connector (3).

Remove the control module.

CAUTION: Do not touch the pin on the connectors. Static discharge may damage the control module.

Installing The Control Module







CAUTION: Ensure that there is no dirt between the control module and the body bracket.

Connect the connector.

Lock the connector with the mounting bracket (2).

Install the sensor module using new screws. Tighten the screws. Tighten to 10 Nm.

NOTE: It is important that the sensor module is correctly installed on the chassis so that a collision can be registered.

Install the rear center console.

Finishing Work
- Prepare the car.
- Check that the SRS indicator lamp goes out after approximately 10 seconds.
